How we check reviews
We want every review on TrustDeluxe to be trustworthy. Here is how reviews are collected, labelled and checked.
Verified purchase
Reviews marked "Verified purchase" come from customers who were personally invited to review after placing an order. Only one review is possible per order.
🎁 Thank-you vouchers
Some businesses thank their customers with a voucher. These reviews are marked with a 🎁. The voucher is given for every review — regardless of whether it is positive or negative. A review is never worth more or less because of its rating.
How we moderate
We check reviews only for violations of our guidelines (for example insults, spam or personal data) — never based on the star rating. Negative reviews are published with the same speed and placement as positive ones.
Order of reviews
Reviews are shown by date, with the most recent first, unless you choose a different sorting.
